Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jae9.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jae9 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any portion of the jae9 website or its associated services.

jae9 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the revised document on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of jae9 following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the complete agreement between you and jae9.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use a jae9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jae9. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different details, constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, jae9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold any balances derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and preferred payment details. You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change. jae9 will not be liable for losses or service disruptions arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jae9 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised each transaction or wager. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jae9 support immediately at [email protected].

jae9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not guarantee ongoing access to all platform features; jae9 may restrict, suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jae9 supports deposits and withdrawals denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements and transaction thresholds are expressed in BDT. jae9 does not charge currency conversion fees; no exchange rate margins are applied between deposit and withdrawal amounts in BDT.

Bonuses & Promotions

jae9 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, using a single account and a single payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Gameplay Rules

Sports Betting Rules

jae9 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey and other international competitions. All bets are final once confirmed, subject to the following exceptions:

• Where an event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the event-specific rules.
• Where a market is suspended or removed prior to event completion due to a data error or integrity concern, jae9 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error may be voided by jae9 at its discretion, with stakes refunded. jae9 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

jae9 employs integrity monitoring to detect unusual betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, collusion or insider knowledge. Bets identified as suspicious may be withheld pending investigation. jae9 cooperates with sport governing bodies on integrity matters. Placing bets with prior knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes is a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jae9 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Money laundering or using jae9 as a mechanism to layer, integrate or place proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, pricing errors or system malfunctions for financial gain.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jae9's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jae9 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jae9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jae9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

Suspension & Termination

jae9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order or regulatory directive.
• Voluntary self-exclusion by the player.
• Commercial decision to withdraw services from a specific jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a player's breach of these Terms, jae9 may withhold and forfeit the account balance to offset verified losses incurred by jae9 as a result of that breach. In all other cases of account closure initiated by jae9, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the jae9 support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will continue to be processed through normal channels.

Amendments

jae9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the jae9 platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change where practicable.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, or updates to reflect changes in the platform's feature set) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of jae9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using jae9 and, if you wish, close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any withdrawal requests submitted before the effective date of an amendment will be processed under the Terms that were in effect at the time of submission.

Governing Law

jae9 operates as an offshore online gambling platform. These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, including disputes about their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jae9 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and jae9 shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbit rator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jae9 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information pending the outcome of arbitration.

Players accessing jae9 from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. jae9 makes no representation that the platform or its content is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
